Woodcut printed in colors, 1992, edition 75. 211/4 x 17 1/4 in. Signed, numbered and titled in pencil. This is a fine impression printed on Misumi Japanese paper. The margins are full and the condition is fine. The artist began studying with Lasansky at the University of Iowa in 1965. In 1969, he moved to Paris and joined S.W. Hayter at his Atelier 17. He was working there from 1970 to 1973. He has taught at the University of Wisconsin in Madison, Carleton College, the College of the Holy Cross and others. Since 1985, he's been living and working in France where he continues to explore the reduction woodcut technique with great success.      $650
